Deutsche Boerse AG, Eurex, Simone Reinhold, Barbara Kearney

I am an accomplished professional who has been leading her own strategic consultancy, Tomo Enterprises Ltd., for over 8 years. I advise established and emerging corporations across industries and regions with a focus on strategic communications, change management and corporate organization.

I gained significant experience in the financial markets, taking leading positions for key industry players, such as Citibank. I also created the brand at Eurex, the leading derivatives exchange, and built up the corporate marketing communications department, including partnerships with international exchanges.  Over the span of my career I have also developed a significant track record in setting up and managing startup companies amongst others in media (film financing and production) and manufacturing, both in Europe and the US.  I excel in cross-cultural business environments and speak several languages.

Since August 2014, I am a visiting professor at an international business school in Munich where I provide my marketing and management experience to business administration students, lecturing on Leadership and current topics in the marketing landscape.

In addition, I work for ALPHAZIRKEL, a leading network for family entrepreneurs in the German speaking countries, where my focus lies on organizing events and moderating panel discussions around the topic of industry 4.0 with experts and entrepreneurs.

As a member of the EMEA Leadership Team of Women in ETFs, an international network of finance professionals, I run the network’s global social media efforts.
